How do I start buying from LFT Group?

If you do not have an account with us:

 

a) Click the "Create a B2B Account" link above, or click here.

 

b) Fill in the form and submit.

 

c) LFT will review your responses and approve or reject your account (please allow a 24 to 72 hour delay before receiving the confirmation email from our team).*

 

d) If approved, when you receive your confirmation email, click on activate your account.

 

e) Create your password.

 

f) Log in and start shopping.

 

*Account approval: The account approval depends on many factors, and therefore it is important that you fill out every section of the form. If you have any questions regarding account refusal, please contact: orders@lft-group.com.

What are the requirements for a B2B account?

Potential customer has filled out the registration form in its entirety*.

 

*Please note that based on the responses to the registration form, LFT's sales team will be able to judge whether or not a customer is authorized to purchase from the wholesale site. Please allow 24 - 72 hours to receive the confirmation email from our team.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement for B2B accounts?

LFT has a minimum regarding your shopping cart total:

 

Canada

Less than $200: No order will be submitted.

 

Between $200-$400: Your order will be submitted and will include shipping costs (live carrier fees that will fluctuate based on the weight of the order and the shipping location). Pick up for free from our Port Coquitlam location.

 

More than $500: Your order will be submitted, and no shipping costs will be applied at checkout (free shipping).

Is there a maximum purchase requirement for B2B Accounts?

No, there is currently no maximum for the B2B Account.

 

If your volumes increases and you are open to buying case and even pallet loads, for greater discounts consider opening a Wholesale Account. Check out our Wholesale page or complete the Account Form.

Can I use loyalty points for the B2B account?

Customers who have agreed to the terms and conditions associated with opening a B2B account are not eligible for the loyalty program on our website. They are also not eligible to use reward codes earned through a personal account in their name. Promotions, bonuses, coupons cannot be combined with the discount already applied to wholesale orders.

How long does it take to process my order?

We try to process orders within 4-7 business days. Due to continuing supply issues, there may be a delay. We will be in touch if there are any extended issues.
